On blogger.com you will find subdomain like yourdomain.[BLOGSPOT.com] But, if you are making blog professional and if your blog get more popularity you should purchase a domain for a better business. Example: .com/ .net/ .org/ .biz/ .co.uk/ .pk etc. Now, I'm going to show you how to add Godaddy Domain in your Blogger Blog. Follow the following instructions to add custom domain in Blogger.

As we are going to use Godaddy.com to add custom domain name to blogger. I can assume that you have purchase a domain under Godaddy.com.When you purchase a domain from Godaddy, they assign an IP address (A record and CNAME record) for the domain. Hence, you need to change those records to point to your Blogger.com blog.
  1. Log in to your Godaddy Control Panel
    Enter your domain name. Like my website's name is HowBlogger.com
  2. Click on the confirm button and a CNAME record will be created. Then you will get a success Message saying that the DNS records were created.

  3. If you are publishing to your www domain, then that’s not sufficient. You will also have to create a set of 4 A Records.
    To do that first login to your GoDaddyDNS Manager.

  4. Click on Edit DNS Zone (next to the domain name) which you want to use as a blogger Custom Domain name.

  5. Here you will see a record there under A(Host). Select & delete it.
  6. Click on the Quick Add button to create 4 A(Host) Records shown in the screenshot.
    Put @ in the host area & IPs address will be arranged as shown in the screen shoot.

  7. Now click on the Save Zone file button.

  8. Now a Confirmation window will pop up. Confirm the modification by clicking on the OK button.
    After adding it the Set of A(Host) Records should look like this :
    And now you are almost done. You only have to configure your blogspot blog to add custom domain to your blog.
